I meant to congratulate you on your new dog there, Orison.....a new pet does help, as you are too busy with them to be sad sometimes.....training, bonding,, etc......
Champy here collapsed again last night, and it was scary once again...One of these times, he won't get back up.......I am pretty sure.....I won't be getting any more dogs, as I have 3 of his children all 4 years old now and their mom, still...but it is a sad thought. Champy is still leader of the pack, although Gali can challenge it at times.....Gali is bigger than him...his son......and Winnie challenges poor champy, too, with her brattiness...his daughter.....but she does that to everyone....except to me.....I can handle her, but she can be viscious...not really a pug trait.

It's his age, Orison....Champy boy declines......I have him on medication to relax him, so his trachea won't collapse, as that is what it does when he gets excited, but this heat wave does not help, although, I try to keep the fan on him......downstairs here. He won't stay upstairs in the air conditioned room, as he wants to be where I and the other pugs are.....and if I forget and run upstairs for something, he follows, and then he collapses at the top of the stairs....

awe moon. i didnt want the booboo out in the heat either. wasnt for the heat, I probably would of known more was wrong with him. i just thought he was hot and miserable like he is every year this time.
