I wish I could do something with this brand new laptop besides come here. lol That really is literally all I can seem to do.

So far, this aggravating thing won't even let fb come up...that twirling circle that shows when we "post quick reply"...well, the twirling circle is ALL that will show and then it says after a LONG time the site can't be accessed. :cuss: I can't go to fb, which might not be sooo bad (lol) but I can't even get a site to come up when I google (research) something.

Pictures have literally disappeared...and there isn't any damn where on Brand New Computer for them to get lost in. I've looked EVERYWHERE and they must be gone into the ethers. One of the not many (few recent) pics I have of the boy/man is in those freakin' ethers too. gad and grrrrr

I think I need a colorful, wild robe or something. It might help me somehow.

Me getting this new fangled thing did make the boy/man happy. There is that. gad

Who am I kidding...I can't handle anything more on my plate than what I have...I just want my dinosaur computer fixed and back in place.

For the record, this computer is 10 times slower than my dinosaur was.

 

I have one old computer that runs xp that I don't connect to the internet that is also a dinosaur and I keep it around to run one game lol.

put upur cursor down in the lower left corner and click

see those tiles?...one of them says solitaire....another says xbox game collection....forget the xbox one..delete it as you will never use it....just click on the tile

or

while tiles are up just type ''photos'' and windows 8 will show you where they are

they are also a tile click

the lower left corner of the entire screen...you have menus in each of the four corners....they wont appear till you place the cursor there

lower right brings up power menu

upper left shows whats open on your pc

I forgot upper right cause I don't use it

 

my wife's laptop died a couple of nights ago, I think it is the motherboard. it's around 4 years old, probably won't be worth fixing it.

 

one the instructors plays that solitaire game all day.. same instructor that said you drop a tv set in a swimming pool people would get electrocuted. I said no, only those closest to the source. he argued with me, so I took him up on a bet ill stand in a pool you toss the tv set in the other end and watch nothing happen.. he said Im crazy and I said no, I just know electricity..
