You aren't allowed to have deet? We have it in lots of bug spray here, but I think there are limits to how much. The strongest stuff I've found has 30% deet.

Nice sunny day today. I can hear the waves and children playing at the beach.

 

i have only seen stuff with deet in the south. mosquitoes big enough to stand flat-footed and fuck a chicken, as my mom says. but now the city is recommending such sprays, and i have no idea where to find them. they have detected west nile virus in some local samples.

he don't clean unless I specifically say do it......then he runs the hot water for an hour while he cleans the kitchen....its agonizing....he thinks its better than just loading the dishwasher which is now working

seems that if we all put our heads together we could automate all this shit, and electricity could be free, especially nuclear energy .. but then there would be no point of money, no need for it, and who wants that!?

just picked up 2 hitch hikers on the highway and drove thm to the beach...they were maybe 4 k into a 12k walk in the beating sun....chick looked hot so I stopped[of course]

i think there is some exceptional potential in the solar roadways idea. considering how much of the earth we cover with pavement, seems logical to make them work for us. theres really no reason to be burning fossil fuels. nuclear power does not make sense in the long term, because of the waste product. dangerous stuff. high risk.
electric cars could be powered off of the electric roadways. think of how much more you could travel if you were not limited by gas money. with that kind of surplus of energy it would be damn near free, and you could spend that money you save on whatever you want. boosting the economy.

the changeover would be difficult though. power companies wont like it. big oil, big coal wont like it. big agriculture wont like it either, since the equipment they have still runs on oil, so it would hit their pocketbook while filling those of the "commoner". but it would free up so many resources. if we didnt all care so damn much about money. if we actually wanted to come out on top. you could put all those oil and farm subsidies into getting our butts in space, and beneath the sea. into good research. the electric tool market is already expanding, small yard tools will be easier to make than large, heavy electric tractors, so people will have an easier time tending their own gardens.

And they've yet to start building my huge commercial salt water - fresh water treatment plants to combat rising sea levels but converting it into water we can use daily and get fresh water into the struggling countries.
All good though, what we really need is a hypothesis to suggest another planet exists somewhere beyond the solar system and a huge grant of money to fund a project, because that'll get us on top.
