I'm not long on this planet... I've overstayed my visit.

 

good morning....my dog seems ok with loud sounds...he chases me on the tractor and on the atv...both very loud..

...we drove to the shore for the fireworks...could almost see them better just from my farm

 

cannabis. taking a month off, part for tolerance and part because I've been having anxiety and I want to see if cutting down on the weed might help.

 

2014 is already half over.....with that late thaw it seems out of whack....today starts the 90 day count down...

then its back out to the crown forest to see what's what

 

my landlord is buying me a new roof on 3/4 of the house...had 4 contactors stop by so far....2 were retired dudes still taking jobs.....looked shady....1 was a kid that said it was too big a job.....1 was an actual roofer that I thought seemed competent...at least he had a roofing company logo on a company truck....1 dude borrowed a tpe measure....very bad sign....he also had a stoned out looking woman in his car that couild barely speak....she looked like she was somewhere else haha

 

I wonder how many contractors have lost jobs because they had to ask to borrow a tape measure or a pen or something. Very unprofessional.

I'm surprised that they are able to ban people from leaving the property and smoking on their unpaid breaks. Although, if you don't smell like it when you get back, I guess that they can't really prove anything. I'm guessing a lot of people will be heading to their cars to use e-cigarettes instead.

 

That guy that called himself a plumber had to use mostly my tools while he was here... Job still looks like a mess, I haven't had time or energy to finish where he left off.


But that's okay, he got the last of my money.

 

one guy said my wife shes having an affair with a plumber. the other guy says how fo you know. I found his pipe wrench under the bed.
the other guy said my wife is having an affair with a carpenter, I found a hammer under the bed..
and the other guy said my wife is having an affair with a horse.. the other guys looked at him funny..

one of my funniest jokes is the dick size contest where the last dude is wiggling his hips up against the balcony cause his dick is so big he has to dodge traffic

the plumber I called recently charged by the hour soo i tried to keep him busy for the entire hour...had a few minor repairs he and all is own tools :2thumbsup:

off to the farmers' market to hopefully find strawberries and tomatoes to make some salads. we received our first bin of produce from our farm-share, and it is pretty much all leafy greens this time of year. lots of lettuce and kale = lots of salads.

does anyone have a good salad dressing recipe?

yogurt is pretty fun dressing.
