i remember making houses for my guinea pigs. used to live near this cabinet maker was always wood for houses. they would chew the corners their doors up..

Thats one thing i dont think i would ever try to make on my own.

 

i wont even try.. but we can grow mold pretty quick..

 

if its ...say a 15 dollar a week habit for 2 adults.....60 a month.....probably make that much for a third?...that's a guess...........

 

Had a mushroom grow out of my downstairs bathroom one time. It was not surprisingly right at the time that i fixed up the upstairs one so i rarely went in the downstairs one.

 

I'm sleepy........found a seed in this weed....I love finding seeds in good weed

I've done citric acid cheese but I've never used rennet. Pretty much have to order it online from either Amazon or Glengary Cheesery or whatever it's called.
It turns out pretty bland.
You really need to have specific cultures if you want a decent and/or specific tasting cheese.
