made a sheperds pie tonight....i'm honing my recipe......some call for some beef broth....not sure why other than a rookies inability to keep the meat moisture moist enough

 

I don't have any problem keeping my meat moisture moist enough.

 

A little ground lamb will keep it moist as well.

 

im making a chicken noodle casserole, with mixed vegetables.

sometimes my roasts are a little dry, but i think my thermometer is broken. i would probably have better luck if i just timed things. again, though, i find the higher quality meats stay more moist throughout cooking.

busy day. sarted work at 7am. was on the road by 7:30am. briefly saw my friend in buckhead. worked all day until 4pm. then went into the city to meet a friend. ran into her ex, who she still see as a friend and helps him with business. smoked their sweet bong got really stoned.

came home. ran 1.5miles, did crunches, pushups, various stretches and hit the punch bag.

munched dinner, did some laundry, browsing interwebs for a bit then sleep. have another long day tomorrow and work as well as trying to manage other investments.

How is everyone else doing? It was pretty mild all day here, cloudy, but not cold or warm, probably about 55-60 at the high.

 

were all fine here.. kinds warm still , but I get the chilly from drinking glass of almond milk.
I was wonder why the psychics havent found the plane the plane.. just saying.
