    im going to start laundry before dishes, that way i can feel accomplished right away

    I got up at 12:30 pm.My left thigh seems to have gone permanently numb.Hope this isn't my diabetes type 2 kicking in.

    my arm was all pins and needles last night. I went to the hospital got some soma and toradol, and passed right out..

    that's what I've started doing as well. the rest of these forums usually make me either angry, depressed, or both.

    there is a squirrel on my stoop and a pigeon in the grass. or a dove. i know its the same family of birds.

    yup. columbidae.
    it looks a pretty uniform pale grey/ buff color, with a dark bit across the back of the neck. some kind of turtle dove? i dont know. its all squab on a plate.

    thats why im going to grow amaranth. quinoa has to have the saponin rinsed off, what you buy at the store is already rinsed and dried. amaranth is very similar, but no soapy flavor. i have 3 varieties of seeds. as a matter of fact, one of the weeds that grows in my yard is a relative to amaranth. i will likely end up with a lot of cross-pollination, so we will have to wait and see how it goes.

    At the farmers market yesterday and guy had a display of mobiles made of spoons and forks some just spoons some just forks some mixed.....and they sounded soo nice, he hammered the spoons out and they really made nice chimes

    I had some iron pipes with holes in them. I made some really loud chimes with those. but nowhere to hang them..

    Nice! im sure you will find somehwere to hang them...I didn't get the spoon mobile I hope he is there next Thursday i didnt see him the previous Thursdays soo could of been a one time deal for them.....I can't stop thinking about about the spoon chimes they sounded good

    years ago, on my back porch i had over a dozen chimes. many of them just rotted away, the cords fell apart, the chimes got rusty, major wind tore them down.. I just gave up. no money to replace them, Like I used to buy a new chime every couple weeks.. now not at all. :(
