i think the whole "passing down family names" thong is dumb. much easier to track a maternal line, but, oh, no, its the mans name that "must" be preserved. with all the access to genealogy and ancestry records, i am making an effort to preserve family history, not names. the Lowell side (my great grandmother's maiden name, ny father's father's mother) actually collected a lot of the information for that line, and had books printed. i wish i had a copy. i want to do a tapestry of the nearest parts of our family tree, seems like a better thing to hand down to my children. hubby is making a fuss now, because all the males on his side of the family that could pass on the name are gay (like they cant have children through surrogacy or something) and he has his mothers name, because no one forced his parents to get married. so our older boy has his mother's family, but hubby wants to give this boy his father's last name, and i of course like MY father's name, but as a female i "shouldnt" pass it on.
its just an epic clusterfuck in my household. so my consolation is that i will track the history as thoroughly as i can, and pass the information down.

kiddo is sleeping over with his grandparents. i hardly know what to do with myself.

i blame baby kicks, they are very distracting. and spell check doesnt correct actual words.
for the record, i hate thongs. i cant think of any good reason to pay extra for less coverage, and more wedgie.

 

I've never actually had a thong on my ass but when I do my daughter's laundry for her, I cannot figure out how to fold them.

 

I am glad I didn't have to use a vacation day for saturday. It looks like I wont be doing anything anyway.
Maybe I will go to the estate sale. Nothing good there but I have a friend who collects lighthouses and there will be a bunch of them there.

 

just left gas station and went inside to pay and two cops were doing through paper work from the guy working the till. He a good dude with cancer in is 60's, always been nice.

I was in damn sweat pants that are green and ugly, a black carhartt jacket, and a random hat, I look weird lol.

cop checks me out walking in, I see his head turn, you can see a reflection in the glass which he probably forgot. So I stood there tell he looked away then got in line.

He looks at me with a dorky smile that made me think he was a pedophile and asks me "did I just see you tonight? haha I don't want to be an asshole but I was just checking if you were that guy"

In my experience when a cop is near you and they looking at you, you do the stareing contest. I listened to him, "looked into his soul he probably felt"... someone might say, and said "id hate to be that guy" and he left me alone.

It was uncomfortable as hell.

 

Someone might ask well why go in there when the already questioning someone alone?

Fear no evil.

 

In convenience stores and especially in restaurants or work, I've come in contact with the law...from officers to detectives (or whatever) that wear their badges on their belts, as well as their guns.

I've never been intimidated or bothered by one unless I was in a car with weed/weed smell...and then I justifiably had "problems". (Problems being the mildest word I can come up with. )

Tonight was about the BIGGEST Character Building Character session yet...even without the crazy yelling supervisor. That is one lesson my ass learned tonight...she doesn't make it as bad as I'd given her credit for.

The general public is one great big stupid ass bunch. period. Busloads of athlete player Girl kids and parents that come in at 10:45 should have to sweep behind themselves, especially when they have (apparently) played some (unknown) sport in a FIELD.

 

For kicks, I got one...well one was gotten for me...they are the MOST uncomfortable thing ever invented. I think they could cause roids(too lazy to look up the correct spelling since I don't remember it at this moment) or something bad in that area. mercygod no way I could wear something like that but for a brief moment.

more chat animals....Took some photos of Minxy earlier. She hangs out behind me on the back of my computer chair when I am here these days....and some times she jumps in front of me on my keyboard or something and messes me up, too.....

She is about 2 years old....and had all of her teeth removed due to stomatitis....talk about live wires, she is definately that.....

I can assure you that my edits are pretty boring typo stuff....and maybe add in another thought I had or punctuation or something like that.

 

There was a girl on my last forum, whose typing was so atrocious...worse than mine....and sometimes one could not even make out what words she was using, and she was smart and a good speeler, but just an awful typer like me.....I had to wonder sometimes if her typos were on purpse though....but I liked her...so maybe I will just go her route from now on and leave typos be.

 

Neighbors watching 2 dogs,, not sure of the breed but they are small... and deja and me went outside and they charged at us. deja stayed behind me and I yelled, GO HOME... and they did... now deja wont do anything but if they ran up and bit her... that would be horrible cause deja wont do anything until a dog bites... then she will fight tell she or the other dog is broken...

Rule is...

don't let people who don't know shit about dogs to baby sit two...

 

I also want a dachshund

Im getting my street bike in June... then maybe another dog... not sure... but I want a dachshund... Deja needs a little friend for when im at work..

finding a dog is easy... many types need a home... just go visit a shelter..

I just would love to have a dachshund from puppy age out of my own selfishness.. but I also want a Doberman and a Rottweiler cause I love doing things that dumbshit humans stereotype with hate cause of ignorance.
