chili is iffy for me. i will eat it, but i dont often like it.

i have been eating a LOT of enchiladas lately. baby likes them. just a little bit of spicy, nothing too crazy.

 

valentina hot sauce is my favorite for enchiladas.

 

the black label is hot hot, the standard I think is perfect.

 

maybe i will get some to try, if its too hot for me hubby will still eat it.

 

test it on him first for sure, that's why we are men.

Well the only dog that's actually mine is female.

It's just like they're less filtered, and unconcerned with self control. And if you don't know them that well, they act like they forget you, or that you're allowed to be where they are, when you know they know exactly who you are, and that their master is fine with you.

Been sleeping with the sort-of-mine male, he'll get up at 3 with me, when she's a good 5 hours gone.

Tomorrow is March 1st and this the shortest my hair even been to scalp in my life.

Tonight when I came home from work, the outside light wasn't on...which was quite unusual. I go in and Mama is wide awake waiting on me...seems she had blown a fuse and just couldn't wait for me to come in. There she was with the bag of fuses and the flashlight.

So we go downstairs to the dreaded fuse boxes and I replaced 2 fuses...I knew one was blown, and I thought the other one looked maybe not right...came back upstairs and everything was fine.

All of this is to tell HOW Mama blew the fuse(s)...for some unknown reason, Mama has been turning off the space heater in the bathroom by unplugging it while it is still on. I have TOLD her - "DON'T DO THIS!!! TURN IT TO THE OFF POSITION!" FGS...this just cannot be a new and novel thing for her to do, turning off an electrical appliance...but when I've told her this, she just looks at me like I'm speaking a foreign language.

Well, tonight she couldn't get the Still Turned On space heater unplugged...so she GOT A DAMN KNIFE and pried the heater plug out of the extension cord. :yikes: AT that point, a fuse blew.

GODALMIGHTY!!! I asked her if I was going to have to just start staying home all the time and watching everything she does?!?! I further told her how Very Dangerous what she did was, that she could have even been electrocuted....she said she wouldn't do that any more...and that "I sure don't want you to have to stay here and look after me because I think you'd fuss at me too much."



Dear God.

I am so glad this week of character development is officially over. I earned a few more credits toward that doctorate in Character Development this week, and it didn't even end when I got home.

yay for never-ending learning and growing. lol

 

I went to a round dance on the reserve last night. I had never been to one, it was pretty interesting. I don't know how those guys can sing like that for hours and hours on end.

our pow wow here is in the fall .. only once did I attend a circle that was indoor. somehow the smudge smoke got out of control and you couldnt even see across the room. I was saturated with smoke. I stopped by a gas station on the way home. black guy standing behind me says "damn how much weed did you smoke?"..
