I made strawberry bottom cheesecake. it's not really cheese cake, but it's whipped cream, sour cream, cream cheese and sugar (and god damn it I forgot the vanilla ) all whipped together on top of strawberries in a graham cracker crust.

and my mom's not here to show me all the details so it turned out chunky

i once made a cheesecake. it appeared perfect, the top didnt even crack. it was lovely. i reached into the oven and grabbed the springform pan. moved it carefully, slowly, delicately, to make sure i didnt disturb the set. i was nearly to the counter when the bottom fell out of the springform pan. the whole thing landed in an open drawer of ziploc bags. i cried. i was defeated. and i scooped it all out of the drawer into a tupperware. and i ate it anyway. in shame.

and that is the story of my drawer cheesecake.

i got the custard ready, its flavor-melding in the fridge. fresh ground nutmeg even.

What job can you get at 19 with no post secondary education, that requires you to wear a suit?

I have a newly discovered passionate love for suits. I'm tempted to just walk around in a suit. Fuckin suits... I look like such a boss in a suit. People will ask me what I do... and i'l be like... "Pool boy " or if they ask me soon from now i'll be like "unemployed I just like to wear suits, oh yea"

 

i bet you do look snappy in a suit, almost anyone does. wear them if you like them. might as well look good. maybe someone will give you a job. theres no law that says pool-boys cant wear suits.

 

I think they are called escorts or enforcers, see two career choices already.

In Canada there is, pool boys literally are not aloud to wear suits, it's like a $250 fine.


I could become a male stripper and wear a tuxedo I guess, decisions decisions....

Or I could just get a really fancy suit and when people ask what I do i'll just say im an entrepreneur I think this is what i'll do as my next job...
