Many of my jobs were in Corcoran and some customers were COs.They always said he was absolutely loony if I asked them.Nothing new there,I guess.

That paragraph almost made me cry. I can't believe that a human being, with all our intelligence and potential for greatness would lower themselves down to that act. It's not human. They were so delusional.

Charles Manson, He is a very smart man. Someone already posted that Manson really has no intentions of leaving prison and yes I agree 100%. It is much easier to get by in prison than in todays world, don't agree? Free food, free bed, free living, etc etc. Yes, he grew up nearly all his years in some sort of correctional facility, it's all he has ever known, it's his world, if you don't believe this then watch his interviews; As for me, I've seen all of the interviews, you'll get what I mean if you actually look past him supposedly being a 'killer' and a 'cult leader' and just look at the guy as anyone else without looking at his past. In my opinion, his past made him quite 'aware' of the world around him.

 

And why do you think he's smart?Because he spent over half his life in prison?Because prison is easy street?Because he influenced some weak minds to kill others?Just wondering.

 

Have you actually LISTENED to him? He learned to take any situation, good or bad, and make it home to him. <-- that specifically doesn't make him SMART completely but not many people can actually do that.

At least he didn't murder a bunch of people.. then eat them


Personally, He shouldn't be behind bars, those kids should, no one else.
