    Anyone mentioned rabbit pie? Wrapped in a golden crust with peas and carrots and a nice bechamel sauce, yum! It's been far too long...I saw a wild rabbit in the yard last week...hmmm

    A Pyrex® might be al-right. Those white ceramic flan dishes are all style,no substance. IE the look good but are not all that functional.

    Do you have an electric food mixer? Were Kenwood Chefs sold in the USA? You don't have to buy new , there are good secondhand ones available.

    ^I don't have any ceramic cookware stuff....I am not big on alot of ceramic stuff.....Yes, I have an electric mixer....This is let's pretend, right? I don't even really know who you are! LOL

    Back in the 80s Pizza Hut made a pizza pie called the Priazzo. It had a top crust and I dearly miss it. My favorite was the Milano.

    As for pie, it's Key Lime all the way. Jane, my wife, makes a wonderful key lime pie. She also makes a low-carb cheesecake and uses pecan meal to make the crust.
