Same thing here (But long before I got into Hallucinogens), get him or point him to some Valerian root. It'll help but ya build a tolerance quickly. Use it on occasion like when sleep is really needed. Melatonin is perhaps a more effective approach.
Yeah melatonin works wonders. I've heard that it can cause a hormonal imbalance if it's used too often though. I don't know if that's true, but it's the reason I stopped taking it. lol
