When i was 15 my parents were away on holiday and my older sister (18) was looking after me and my younger sister (13). One day the two of them when shopping. Other than that, I have been caught several times. Nudism is relatively common, but not legal at Outer Banks, NC. We have thought we were in secluded area so we could go nude only to have someone pop across the dunes via a trail we didn't know about and catch us. Most just wave as we cover with beach towels.
