Cats or Dogs?

ah yes, because i'm very sneaky and dishonest...

cats have distinct personalities. i'll never quite get "cat hate." it verges on the superstitious for a lot of people.

 

I don't hate cats at all, I just am more of a dog person I guess.. There are tons of homeless cats on my block, we found kittens and took care of them until we could find them homes, they were cute and adorable but my heart and soul belongs with the dogs..

 

I prefer dogs.

More personality it seems. Cat's personality is usually demanding of attention or aloof.

 

yeah, but there are a lot of people who TRULY hate cats. they think they're completely lacking in personality, playfulness or affection. clearly they don't know much at all about cats. though i have to say i felt much the same about birds until our sister in law moved in with her 5 cockatiels. i still didn't get along with them very well, but they definitely had personalities and affection. i dunno, man, i guess you either get along with an animal or not, and it's not really all that big a deal, except that there are people who go around shooting cats and running over them because they're just cats. that's bizarre to me.

 

you know, the reason we don't have a dog yet is BECAUSE they're so demanding, time consuming and desperate for attention. i'm totally okay with all of that, i love dogs, but we haven't had the sort of lifestyle where we could give a dog what it needed, which is a LOT.

 

I hate when people do that There was this hotdog that lived down the street and when it would get loose it would come to our house and we would keep it for a day and then take it back. Well, this went on for years so we got attached to the dog and some people thought it would be funny to shoot it with a bb gun, which they did several times and killed it... I hate seeing people harm animals because they don't like them that's just almost souless to be honest...

 

I LOVE some dogs, but i don't care for others. I LOVE some cats, but dont' care for others.

Cats If being asked for a preferance, I would chose a cat definitley. But I love certain dogs too, just, Id rather have a kitty

 

i had my baby cat run over by some boys in the neighborhood when i was in high school. they swerved to hit it and laughed about it. my other cat was riddled with bb's and died. some people are just dicks.

 

In my opinion, Dogs make much better pets, and companions, than cats.

Then again, I'm not a flaming homosexual.

Dogs. I use to like cats, not as much as dogs though. Then, I got Slingblade, my cat. I no longer like cats. My vote, hands down, is for dogs. Yeaaahhhh

i have both. my dog norman who is pictured and 3 cats, luna, sammy, and a new kitten i adopted 2 weeks ago uhura.
