Aww man, this was such a good story. Where do I go to slap dude in the face for MSU (making shit up)?
I happen to read an article yesterday about cat behavior and some expert who has been studying them for a long, long time says unlike dogs, cats don't really differentiate humans from other cats in terms of their behavior. Like, in some sense, they probably have an understanding that we are not a cat but they don't have a separate behavior profile for humans as they do for other cats. Made sense to me... TLDR; the cat probably learned from you as a maternal figure rather than it trying to be human.
Well yeah. Cats even have specific meows for their humans to get attention. I also kind of figured she cleaned her own paws because she hated when I would take her to the sink and do it myself lol
My cats can tell time. Every morning about 5:00 they wake me up so they can go on dawn patrol. Then after about an hour one takes up a perimeter guard patrol, one stations himself on the rocking chair on the front rampart, and the third retreats into the interior keep in case the outer defenses are penetrated.
SHIIIT! That will probably take at least 3 years and a couple of carpal tunnel and wrist reconstruction surgeries, But I'll get them shits DONE!
I Adopted A Young Cat Last Year And The Little Bugger Can Tell The Time......He Likes To Go "Walkabout" At 3-00am......Wakes Me Up To Say Goodbye......Never More Than 5 Minutes Out..... A Week Ago He Woke Me Up At 2-55am......Then Sat Next To Me And Stared At The Digital Clock.....Come 3-00am I Started Counting And Got To 15 Before He Gave Out A Meow And Jumped Off The Bed And Left......If Someone Said Their Cat Did This I Doubt I Would Believe Them...... LOL..... Cheers Glen.
