omg, the "erb"/"herb" thing really does my head in. only because when i was little i always called them "herbs" and my mom would always correct me telling me "herb is a mans name, the things that are used to season are 'erbs' with a silent 'h'."

so i still struggle with that one.

and yes, they are courgettes, but i don't like eggplant/aubergines so i don't really think about them. it did take me a few months though to realize that zucchini were courgettes, as i thought a courgette might be something European and that there just weren't zuchinni over here.
i haven't made any courgette bread yet however, hmm, might put that on my list of things to do.

It's weird, because as much as I do things like that, I hate it when kids say "free" instead of "three".
