This tree looks suspiciously like the one Charlie Brown picked in the Merry Christmas Charlie Brown special.
Another way to cat-proof your Christmas tree and decorations is to do what I do. Fill an atomizer bottle with bleach and spray your Christmas tree and decorations with it. The cat won't go near it. Neither will the kids, or anyone else. However, be advised that it will turn your tree and some of the decorations white. And the smell of bleach will permeate the air like you wouldn't believe. The smell is not very Christmasy. On second thought, it's a mistake. Don't do it. I wish I hadn't. In fact, I'm going to get rid of this tree and the decorations and get a new tree . . . and apologize to the cat and kids, and maybe even the tree.
I had some of that citrus spray that is supposed to keep cats off furniture...that shit never worked. To be fair my cat had allergies pretty badly.
Lovely decorations. I'm a bit bad at decorating things, don't understand who come such beautiful ideas come to everyone's mind. Seriously amazing.
