If you were trying to be modest would you have wrote "I'm to modest to answer that" you were trying to imply that you were with out saying it, correct?
No, just showing the truth. never said they couldn't change. By saying you can't drink water if its frozen simply means at this point in time its ice. Not saying it was never water or never will be again. People always have the option to fill their pool, if they have never filled it how can it be deep? Just be careful to not read things that aren't there :sunglasse
hehe I promise When I look at the world as it is at the moment, then picture anarchy I see this. The greedy seem to horde by nature, at the moment its money. You take away money they'll just hored food, sell the food for millitary type service, kill all the peace love'n people and take the world over again! lol I think people need motivation of some sort in their lives (I do not think it should be materalistic though) some people become a doctor for the money, others do it for the Humanitarin cause. Both become doctors great ones. Is the one who did it for money any less good at what he does? He has to be good to make more money. I don't think its right, and I wish this wasn't the case. but i'm a firm beliver that sometimes you have to play by the rules for a bit to get what you want in the end. sorry if the grammer is kinda icky, its 230am and i'm watching a movie too haha.
insecurity, low selfesteem, lack of self worth, etc etc etc. Can all be catlyst for greed, I can belive that. But is it still not greed? Money only has the value you place in it. I think to an extent greed determines that for some.
The US is perhaps heading that way, but how does that make capitalism such? There is far too much government intervention and such going on here.. Not to mention how can an economic system be a police state? Isn't that more a political system?
Massive greed exists because we live in Capitalistic world, if you aren't greedy you would be eaten. Greed flourish in a capitalistic world because society rewards it. Children aren't born greedy, they learn to become greedy from society.
Should one skill deserve more then another skill? No, because all skills are required for society to function. Without garbage men and women society would be unlivable and dirty. People desire money for their actions because money is necessary to live.
After Living with a person in Med School....Its seems like its a pain in the arse to become a doctor. the reason a skill receives more then the other is simple. 4+ years of colloge and they practice needed to become one thing or GED and the ability to answer the phone. as far as the garbage men/women that would be assume'n that people can't take out there on trash.
So people go to university to receive more? Before there was money it was just about respect, social status, personal interest, and fulfillment. I know many people who went to university out of pure interest, the money was just the bonus they needed to live. Money wasn't as a big of a motivator as knowledge. They could have went to trade schools and made more money but it wasn't their kind of a interests.
They go for their own reason. Not everyone does stuff for money like I said in a pervious post. I do belive in merit. For skills other don't possess. Not everyone can be a teacher(I belive they should be paid more then they do) Just like not everyone has the ability to become a Doctor. They should be rewarded for their skills, what ever it may be. But Should a Gas Station Clerk be paid the same as a Teacher? I wish society was more community base so we wouldn't have to worry about money, I'm just trying to show why thing work they do at the moment. I wish people did things because its the community, their faimly, their friends. All skills can be taught down through the ages....Maybe things should be more tribal? Preist teach Preist, Doctors teach Doctors, Warriors teach Warriors for the good of the tribe, not for themselves.
Your definition of socialism is based entirely on insane pre-convieved notions. Socialism is not the consolidation of wealth by the state, or the government. It is the consolidation of wealth by the community as a whole. Just because you say the current US government is comprised of Gay nazis, it doesn't mean they are socialists. They are socialists in the definition that you choose to apply.
Capitalism isn't fair. It rewards people for being born in the right place at the right time, saying the right words to the richest people, buying the right car, going to the right school.. but in reality, capitalism defines it's own success: economic success. On the surface it seems as if growth is encouraged, but in the long run the progress of society (and the world as a whole) is actually slowed in favour of maximising profit. Seems to me like most of us consider capitalism as the catalyst of our comfortable lives, we are fed, have water, heating, electricity, health-care... none of which are the product of capitalism.. neither would we be unable to perpetuate them in different governmental systems. I think that capitalism is really just a nationalist phase, and I sincerely hope that one day we'll be past it.. IF we don't kill ourselves/everyone else first.
