    Comes the man (simple present)

    Came the man (simple past)

    How about future or continuous?

    Will come the man

    Is coming the man..

    No inversion sentence for those?

I've said "I'm going to come" to describe a future event.

You say comes the man istead of saying the man comes and came the man instead of saying the man came.

    How about future and continuous?

WE can. publisher's editors might not like it as much. but that doesn't have to stop anything not being submitted to them.
actually i have no idea what i'm talking about there. just a generality about grammer. mine died before i reached puberty.

to be even more honest, i'm not entirely sure i understand the question. reversing the polarity of the neutron flow seems to work.
