Caught a cold. Made it all winter without catching one. No smoking for me until it's been kicked. I tried. Ran me down.

 

I'm not sure if it might help similarly, but I've found dabbing to be an invaluable tool in managing my copd. Without it I get super chunky cottage cheese like crap building up in my chest and it's hard as hell to cough up however,,, 90% of the time a small dab or three and it all melts into molasses and damn near jumps out from my lungs on its own.

So if congestion is an issue, maaaybe 4:20?

 

Is it just that the smoke is too hard on your throat, or does the high make you sluggish? Try edibles in small doses. Get a 5 mg one and cut it in half.

 

Usually the strains of marijuana that taste piney have terepenes that help the lungs for example pinene and limonene terepenes would be beneficial.

I crash when I'm not feeling well and smoke. I have tried.

Makes me very sluggish and makes me feel worse if I'm not feeling well. I've been through it before. Now it's the time to take a break from it for a while. And my appetite is now shut off. Cold turned into a sinus infection as of today. Here's to a fun weekend of nose bleeds. As for edibles. I ran out a few weeks ago. Wish I had some.

If I could get ahold of those strains. Awesome!

Those are usually the ones I grab / dab.

If you can find some "San Fernando Valley" I highly recommend for clearing the chest cavity of unpleasantnesseses, does a pretty good job of fixing one's head at that.

In other news, I think the pot is heading to bigger pots tonight and I don't think I'll ever buy fertilizer again

Today I'm feeling a lot better after peaking early this morning. Still have a runny nose and still feeling fatigued. I'm going to attempt to run this Sunday and hopefully resume smoking by end of next week. I'm looking forward to being one hit wonder.
