From what I understand it's not federal legalization, just decriminalization. States can still pull "reefer madness shit" if they want...

It does allow for normal banking for places that have made it legal, though. So that's a plus.

 

It's a step in the right direction in any case. I hope to see full legalization in my lifetime.

If they really want to get you,they can still arrested you and take your stuff...............it just gets thrown out of court

Considering that 68% of US citizens support decriminalization of marijuana, the Republican "freedum party" is sure to block it...

because of "freedums" or someshyt.

They are also geared up to dismantle the Farm Bill of 2018 and make Delta 8 and all other derivatives illegal... Many states are already trying to do this.

So... I got some wax. Like actual D9 THC stuff... We will see how this goes. I haven't had any weed for several years.

Of course I was already ripped from a CBD/D8 joint I had smoked around noon when I got this stuff. (Technically, half that joint still exists) I did two tiny dabs of this wax when I got home. So I'm not trying this from anywhere near straight, not sure how potent it actually is.

I've never had this kind of D9 concentrate before. One time I had "shatter" and this stuff isn't that. This is darker and viscous at room temperature.

Everything else I've had since the 70's has been hash or weed. (Or the D8 stuff... which is why I know anything about dabbing)

I just did a zoom conference totally with my hair all over the place..sipping coffee..in a robe ...laughing at myself as I tried to fix my hair ...I woke up like this.

 

Made some more edibles, this time I tried something new, peanut brittle! I tried cutting it into squares but peanut brittle won't let you do that, so I had to break it up. It makes it hard to determine what size piece to take, and the first piece I tried was too big and I spent that afternoon vegging out. Don't think I'll try peanut brittle again.

 

Hmmm edibles are unpredictable I didn’t try an edible until recently well within the five years

I enjoy it! Been doing it for about 50 years now so I generally know what I'm doing, but the only way I have of testing my edibles is to try one, and sometimes it's stronger than I predicted and I end up cutting them in half. Anyway it's an inexpensive way to get high, growers give me trim in exchange for edibles whenever I bake them and everyone's happy.
