    Well, the Cannabis Cups operated by High Times Magazines in Amsterdam were legendary. One had to either pay for the judges kit (up to $300 at one time) or in my case, with a press pass, got my kits for free in exchange for writing positive reviews. Which I did...

    I also RAN one of the cups in Amsterdam hosted by a competing magazine. What a big deal that was... arranging to rent a clubspace, hiring a band, caterer, organizing the collection of the various strains from growers around the world was amusing...all mailed to an address in Holland. Growers and breeders would have to donate a full pound to get into the competition.

    High Times made a fortune operating and franchising cannabis cups... now all over the place (or would be but for the recent plague).

    As things open up there may be one in your area... keep your eyes open!

    Hey Toe! I have done that!

    It's a great way to avoid that butane rush from lighters.

    I find the tokes smoother and tastier when not contaminated with butane.

    We have also used electric lighters with a cord, and now have a stylish electronic one that bursts plasma or something at the bowl, sparking it to life quickly. It is battery operated...

    I love the shape, easy to clean, the design is a classic. I've been using this style of bong/bubble for decades. (I am soooo old....)

    Dude I got so used to using my 2 smaller bongs. I go take a hit from the new one. Oh my! I gotta train myself to fully intake the smoke again lol. I like this style better myself. It's simple and I like simple things. Here is a better picture of it.

    They hold ice cubes in place for you while you toke :) Mmmmmm smooooth!

    the same plant is grown in the uk ,but because of the climate ,it isnt phycoactive ,and doesnt do anything iff you smoke it ,its grown in fields by farmers ,who have to have a licence to grow it ,several hundred years ago it was grown more than it is today ,a town called hemel hempstead was named after it ,as it was grown in that region

    Yeah I know what they are. I got 2 ice cubes in it right now. It's so much better without the throat burning. My dual chamber one has it also. But a narrower passage. So I have to melt the ice cubes to get it to fit. :)
