Time for the real bits.

The first hotel!
I was up early, shortly after the water shut down!
One guest was in the shower, no water to rinse shampoo off!

Fully refunded.

THE second hotel, the toilet was blocked!
THey SORTED that out.
I went out for coffee AND was told on a hot day, I could not sit outside!
Got that free as she was wrong.

I went on an open-top bus tour in Southend, it stopped at a station, I saw a nude guy pressed against his window!


That same night a drunk came and upset me as I was going into my hotel.
My breakaway actually cost me nothing.
As all was refunded.

 

Glad it was refunded shame about the problems

 

Oh well. All the restaurants had half price food. xxx

I forgot to say that in Southend the rooms were so hot, as the aircon was broken. No damn sleep!

The staff at both hotels were the nicest I have ever met.

 

Good people always make a difference.

 

I never asked for a refund, they just did that.
