The key with a tolerance break is to get rid of the THC from your fat cells. Drink allot of green tea and exercise in addition to not smoking for several days. It will make a difference.

I took 21 days off once and when I smoked again I was getting the racing heart that usually happens to new smokers. But you can go longer then 21 days. Once you get into 30-40 day territory you really see a difference. A few months and you will definitely be a rookie again.

I know from experience it is tough at first especially when you are doing things you smoke to. For example with me an episode of the Trailer Park Boys always makes me want to pack one. But if you can make yourself do that thing and still enjoy it you are winning. Show yourself you do not NEED weed but it is a extra treat.

I've been telling myself for years now to "stop smoking every day, enjoy the weekends more" well, last year I smoked like double the amount I'd normally smoke. >.> and like I have probably and ounce and a half left and that's fucking heaps if I can save it for weekends. When I'm on the break I'm fine, it's just starting it.

 

I have a big test on the 16th which determines whether or not i get into the college i applied to for the fall. I just found out about it yesterday... And... it's all math. I'm so screwed, math is my worst subject by far... I failed math pretty much every year in highschool and always had to redo them online or take them the following year... I just did enough math to graduate and get by but that's it.

I need to get 70% on this test just to be accepted into the program... but its recommended I get 85-90% because thats what some classes within the program require.

I've been studying the past 2 days like crazy... 7 days left to study and there's still like 14 units to go over, this test covers basically everything you learn in highschool level math...


On the bright side... found some really cheap decent snowboarding pants, officially ready for the weekend.

 

About 4 months ago a decision he wanted made was over ruled by someone more qualified and who has the authority to do so. The other person is the project manager and is supported by the company on this decision. It is something he is struggling with and while understandable it has become not only issues of insubordination but also in the last few weeks failure to produce needed data to the point of it being critical to the project. He at this point is not performing his job and is being abusive (verbally) to others on the team.

He will be given the opportunity to rectify this as he is a long term employee who up until this incident was a dedicated employee. That has bought him the opportunity to evaluate the situation and meet the requirements.

Moving him to another group is not an option as he does not have a degree and it would be required. In today's market he would not have been hired for that position. The position was somewhat created to have him continue employment and it meets a need for both parties as he is very skilled and intelligent but does not hold a degree. If he is terminated it is not a position that would probably be filled as it is not vital in the business plan. It is also not prudent to move someone with a problem, resolution of the problem is the acceptable goal.

I am hopeful that with all that has transpired he will come back on Monday and it will simply be a new start with the goal of completion of the project. Sometimes a reality check is all that is needed by most people.

 

but the test is multiple choice, soooo... that greatly increases my odds. Not gunna lie, I am a very talented guesser. I passed the majority of my exams by guessing lol. If i can just study and learn enough within the next 7 days to make some really educated guesses and get some certain answers i think i can do this...

 

hopefully he will understand that even if he's right, he has to go along or get fired.

 

Break your study time into smaller time allotments as you will retain more than trying to do extended study sessions.

I have to get new batteries for my damn nicotine vape. I am smoking reds again and plainly regular cigs blow more nicotine in vape ejuice,less harsh, bigger clouds, smoke anywhere and most importantly, vape is far superior health wise.

I've passed exams by randomly filling in choices... Didn't even read the questions. Your guessing skill seems weak in comparison.

 

Fucking Rogers... have to call them tomorrow because they messed up my phone bill. I'm going to try and get out of my contract... I hate them so much. Ugh.

 

That sucks, I hope you get them to fix it. Make sure you get a reference number from them as they tape all calls and if you ask for it you are more likely to get positive results. Ask at the start of the call.

I just watched a new show on line called Intelligence. Pilot was not bad. It stars Josh Holloway (Lost), Marg Helgenberger and Meghan Ory. All people I like. Could be interesting.

 

Lol ive always thought Rogers to be such a goofy name for a mobile company. When I was in toronto last my service switched straight over to Rogers, and i glanced at my phone (this was a good few years ago) and i didnt know what Rogers was, and thought wtf is going on.

Really dude? What kinda exam was that, you must have some good ju ju as statistically its a looooooooooong shot for tht to actually happen without you at least making a semi-educated guess on the question.
