I don't have a single important or even interesting thing to say...

I have read with interest about men (pensfan, in particular) and their kidney stones in the last few pages.

I take that back...ROLLING that had one as big as a golf ball had me WOWING and BBAD's knowledge of kidney stones made me want to sit on my hands.

 

all i keep thinking is how woefully unprepared i would be to deal with kidney stones in a SHTF situation. i dont know what herbs are good for that.

i have to go to bed now. 6 am comes too soon.

 

I need to try and go to sleep since I have tomorrow off and will hate to spend it laying around being lazy.

I find I'm able to rationalize that way too easily.

My brother gets kidney stones occasionally. Supposedly if you ever get them (at all), you are subject to get them again. People that get them are warned against drinking any dark cola, tea and coffee (I think coffee anyway). He (my brother) was told that eating a lot of soy or tofu seems prevalent in people that get stones. At that time, he had been on a vegetarian kick for about 4 months...never again. lol

 

you forgot that the recommended natural cure is lemons. if you already have them though there is no herbs that are going to make them go away. it will just be pain until they pass. lots of lemon drinks would help them from growing more though.

 

not getting enough sleep really fucks me up. terrible flare up last night, always happens when i get very little sleep. the flare up then made it hard to sleep last night, so i'm tired and groggy again today. going to stay home and miss my classes today and try to rest.

first world problems, i know.
