You could drain it yourself. I had a dog who would always get one in the same spot on his face. The vet wanted like $200 each time to do it and I could do the same thing with a needle on my own. Same as your cat it did not really bother him but it always came back . But it could be something more serious it would not hurt to have a vet look at it once to make sure it is not cancer or something.

That could just as easily be any festival or jam band lot. Too many drugs and people go nuts. Something about tripping seems to make allot of people want to be naked. Not me but I have seen this before.

my problem with festivals is the bathrooms....if you get in early its barely tolerable....if you wait even a half hour after the gates open it can be very disgustivating
