I think pretty much all those cards will try to screw you. The 0% interest isn't a gift, they'll try to screw you later. Pay a day late or a penny short, and they'll fuck you with late fees and the interest rate will shoot way up.

Paying your cc bill off every month, or not using one at all can save you a big pile of cash.

Those low rate cards are great if you're smart and have self-control. I had a card that gave me 3% for 6 months, so I only made minimum payments for 6 months because the interest rate was actually lower than my student line of credit. They're just hoping that you'll either not have the money to pay it off before the rate jumps back to 20%, or that you'll just forget and they can ding you with interest once or twice.
