I think the idea of establishing new government to keep an established government from becoming too corrupt is a reasonable enough idea. The quote doesn't necessarily suggest a a violent upheaval.

Plus my quote refers to a time in history when America was a baby and our political philosophers were stealing all of their ideas from the French.

I meant one similar. I guess a similar one that points to being proud of British history. A Churchill quote, perhaps.
