no. but i sort of mind-shout without intending to. i don't know what the range is on that. but i've had people answer questions i didn't ask out loud. or even carry on my side of a conversation without the other person even noticing i haven't made a sound.

Nah You Never got asked for ID in those days people in the UK still hardly ever have any ID on them
It was just a strange thing that I have never forgotten for about 40 years

mine says please get yourself a consciousness. i've yet to figure out how and why some people do seem to read that as wanting themselves dead.
