That's like September 18th, 2003... Hurricane Isabel was supposed to be a cat 5 or somesuch and was like 140-150 out in the Atlantic, then it did the same thing, but we already had a rainy Summer, so the ground was drenched and all the swamps round here were flooded. One covered a road in Surry, VA (whoo... peanuts out the ass out there) and we had to drive through it when we were coming back from the Carolinas.
