if i could, i've got a pair of long handle picker upers, and it would go right back in as soon as it did,
unless you're talking about the dumpster outside, where people ocassionally throw away purrfectly good and useful stuff,
unfortunately space is at a primium so i just have to morn not having any place to put it when they do.
