yes of corse. manual cars are more popular in the UK. i've never driven one a automatic, they seem wierd to me.
I learned to drive in a 1967 VW Beetle! My truck now is a stick. I wouldn't have anything else. Automatics are too complicated.
psssssssssssh hell yeah i drive a manual....i dont want to go back to an automatic either, too bad hybrids dont come in manual...decisions
Yeah I can drive a stick shift. But alot of people in the US must not be able to because you can't even rent a car anymore that does not have automatic.
goodvibes83,Yes I am serious.A few years ago I called every major rental car company in the US just to ask the question--do they offer any cars with manual transmission, all of them said no,not anymore. Not even in Hawaii where most (people)tourists etc. rent mainly small cars.--I agree with you it is sad.--I remember when I was growing up, most everyone who drove knew how to use a stick shift.
Well technically vikings have no need for such silly contraptions and would prefer a good Drekkar, or a trusty noble steed instead. but unfortunately the distance and terrain prevents me from using either oh and believe me, I know how to wrap my hand around a stick I did once, on the way home from a dress up party. I drove down the long avenues where all the boy racers go to show off their cars, it was quite amusing. Maybe its a sign
