There's a lot going on in there during sex, so I for one don't really feel semen shooting in. What I can feel is the convulsing, stiffening, relaxing, and general warmth associated with the act. Body language says a lot more than actual sensation of something so subtle. I may know it's going on, but not necessarily feel the actual semen.

 

Probably when other pleasurable sensations were going on it may not be possible to feel the spurts of semen. Men always look forward to feel the vagina gripping on their shaft when woman climaxes or if she deliberately squeezes her vaginal entrance.

I just read up to five days and they could still be viable. My FWB always said 3 days.
