Can Those Wild Weed Plants In The Back Yard Be A Drug?

So... I did my research on Wild lettuce/ Prickly lettuce/ Dandelions, which belongs to the Lactuca Virosa family. But I didn't get enough information if this plant can be used as a drug. Whether what I see on the web is just a myth.

 

You are not looking for small dandelions. You are looking for a tall thistle looking plant with dandelion leaves and a crown on top of small dandelion like flowers.
The leaf can be used or the sap and it is baby safe.
It does not do much, but it is noticeable

 

wild lettuce contains a latex mildly analgesic and sleeping aid, however youre assuming the dandelion is Lactuca Virosa is incorrect..

Dandelion greens are very good for you to eat, not sure you'll get a buzz but you'll get a boost.

 

I like the flowering tops. Good for warding off a little hunger when taking a look walk in the woods.

I like to smack them with the golf club in the yard and do the cinderlla story..
