   I mean, when I buy something on Amazon Australia and it is delivered to an Australia address and it's going to leave the country, can I have tax/GST refund? Is there any condition or requirement on minimum amount purchased?

   I have not heard of any such arrangement's. Why would you want to do this anyway? Everything is more expensive here anyway.
