can dogs get high?

I drove up to the park one time with my dog and on the way back I baked with the windows down for a good half hour.

He didnt really do anything out of the ordinary, but he did get very excited the next time I drove him to the park. Of course the excitement could just be due to the fact that he gets to pee all over fucking everything there.
