Can anyone out there identify this show please- crime/mystery 80s/90s

Hello, I remember watching a crime/mystery type show in the 1980s or early 90s, A guy, think he was a cop, questioning a woman in a room, She has her back to him looking out a window and hes behind her being menacing. He says to her "you have 5 seconds to tell me". She looks down and sees a hoover with retractable cord and sets a trap..she moves a bit to the right so the guy has to move too, and when he steps into a loop of the electrical cord, she hits the retract button, he loses his footing and falls and she uses that moment to whack him over the head with some ornament and hes knocked out..next scene the guy is completely immobilized and tied down very tightly to the bed with the hoover cord and extra rope, hes stripped to his boxers and shirt and is tightly gagged too- hes furious and surprised and struggles to move but he cant move a muscle she has him strapped down so tight- she leans down and taunts him saying "I have 5 YEARS". Woman looks in her mid 50s guy early 30s. does this ring a bell with anyone?
