Calling in sick to work

i wouldnt make it 1 mile from the dock in your job

one of my ears is totally screwed..id be tossing lunch in the first few minutes

 

I hate big boats and big bodies of water, I'd puke while pulling off the dock.

 

I run my voice thru sound effects when calling in sick.

 

I've been at my job such a long time and I am so infrequently unwell that they believe me straight away if I'm not feeling so good. You can't be too vibrant on the phone though

There are people who are always sick and complaining, like the boy who cried wolf. Their complaints get drowned out. Then the people who are sick 2 times a year and say 'I'm not feeling the best' and we ring in an ambulance (hyperbole).

Believability comes down to more than just voice energy!
