It's my opinion that it's really annoying. you all are entitled to your own opinion. I've had friends of mine commit suicide. I've had family members commit suicide...and not once did I ever hear out of their mouths that they were going to do it...and talk about it OVER AND OVER AND OVER...

A few more days of misery? Why would anyone want to be alive for that?

Sometimes, you just can't talk sense into people...they are going to do what they are going to do...and I I don't care to use the ignore function...If I ignored everyone that annoyed me on the internet...there wouldn't be anyone left to talk to.

 

Edit it out of your quote then, if you're either a; too much of a coward to want them to know you're talking about them or b; you care about their feelings, which it doesn't seem to me like you do.

In any case, you'd have to be blind as well as retarded not to know who you're talking about.

It annoys others too...but I'm one of the few that would admit it, because honestly, if someone feels like they have to do that...because they are THAT miserable...then for christ's sake...get it over with.

And as far as space and resources go...if people are going to make a positive difference in the world in some way or another, I encourage them to continue using up resources and taking up space because they will pay back the world in other ways...if you're just walking around trying to make people feel sorry for you and making others miserable right along with making yourself feel miserable...then what's the point of living? Why waste the resources and space?

I'm one of those people that think the world would be better off without humans. Probably part of my cynacism.

 

I can't believe I'm saying this...but I actually agree with you. I am guilty of venting on here ALOT. LOL. But, I feel that everyone needs some kind of release valve.

How do you know that it isnt helping them in one way or antoher? Do you live in their head? I doub tit. Maybe they dont get better, but maybe it stops them from getting much worse either.

 

Actually I read in my psych book that you should always listen to someone saying they're gonna kill themselves because usually... they will. Maybe not right away but they will... suicide is always to be taken seriously. There's a difference between people who say they wanna die because they have no friends in hs and the next day they feel better cause they just met someone who shared their passion for flies, and someone who says they don't wanna live anymore because they are truly depressed and afflicted. And usually the people who say it a lot vent... they just vent they don't want attention, they don't CARE for attention - trust me I know what I'm talking about since I committed suicide quite a few times and couldn't manage to die (wasn't my time huh?). Suicidal people say it cause they want it. They want to say how disgusted of life they feel. And they're selfish. And they couldn't care less for attention.

Because naming names just encourages the attention...because then they KNOW we're talking about them...suddenly the attention is again on them...encouraging them to continue the charade.

No, but that, yes... because I have 2 relatives who threatened to kill themselves for months and one of them for years and no one believe them told them to SHUT UP and when they were found dead... who cried?
