I know I just get upset when people always blame the owners. I mean every dog I or we have had has always been really spoiled and when people say 'the owners should be exterminated instead' it gets to me because I think I am one of the most concious (god damn why can't I spell?) people out there when it comes to animals. I feel guilty as well. I wanted Lucky because I was stuck in a not so good neighborhood and needed protection and he did such a good job. The reason i got him for was the reason I could no longer have him.
Not something you should take personal based on that one incident. When I say the "owners", I'm referring, specifically, to the jackasses that "programmed" the dog to act in that fashion. A proper owner can teach a dog to attack in instances of provocation and to protect its master without having an overly violent, vicious dog.
it ain't the damd dog's fault. it's their ass hole owners! (who should, face the same felony charges for what their dogs do as if they did it themselves with a gun or whatever) =^^= .../\...
i just had this dog drop into my life by accident ....hes a pit mix ...im guessing lab or somthing cause his legs are longer but he gots the head jaws n muscles ...this beautifull boy animal hasnt been fixed [which someone here once pointedout should be called broken ] ie he still has his balls . hes 15 months old , and shows no agression twards humans or other dogs ...im not fooling myself that he could hurt someone or their pet playing cause he is strong and enjoys roughhousing but anyway im like totaly in love with him and his energy spirit and lust for life have saved me from boring bad attitude n a lack of will to live ......furry creatures are nicer n more noble than most wack humans
I also wanted to point out that just because you "spoil" your dog, doesn't mean that they are well-behaved. In fact, I love watching the Dog Whisperer and the worst cases that he has are with dogs who have been spoiled. People seem to forget that pets are first, and foremost, animals, not best friends.
we've had nothing but the most wonderful dogs in our family...but my tendency, when i'm bitten by a dog, is to punch it. therefore, i do not own a dog. i also have two little girls who would probably do nothing but aggravate and abuse the poor thing in their attempts to love it or play with it. which would lead to a dog nipping, biting, and other aggressive behavior. it follows that eventually i'd end up hitting it, hard. so i'll wait until i don't have the sort of household that would inevitably drive an animal towards aggressive behavior and thereby avoid aggressive behavior in myself. my mom, however, is WAY BETTER than the dog whisperer. when i get a dog, i'm going to have her help me train the dog and the family. best way to have a dog is to understand that everyone involved has to be trained. it's more fair for the dogs, and makes for a happier home. and i'm going to grab another beer, i'm in my prosy phase of inebriation.
ive had pitts all my life. and like almost every man in this town has a pitt, so i know this shit isnt going down without a fight. hugs those are my fucken babies. say what you want but i know for a fact its about how you raise them
