This is like saying if the sentence was for 4 years its been reduced to 2 years.. but really whats the difference. Punishment is just time consuming, While the inmate eats for free all they want..

Some if not all the inmates across the state are eating better than you right now..They dont need to worry about what to make for breakfast, its made for them.
In some cases the food is brought to them like kings and they never leave the cell..
It cost more to feed the inmate than the punishment or crime was worth..
The system is getting a taste of its failure..
