California Puts Legalizing Marijuana on Ballot

If it passes on Nov 2 the law will go into effect on Nov 3 2010,think back to prop 8 people were trying to get married before the day of the Vote knowing it would be illegal the day after.

 

Even if it does pass will the federal government step all over state rights to fuck it up as they have been doing with medical marijuana? I think so.
A state legalizing it isn't the end of that states battle over it. The DEA will make sure of that.

 

well since im in MA. and this state just loves to follow the cali laws on many situations i can see it becoming legal here if it happens in cali.right now it is decriminilized here.up to an ounce=100.00 fine and they take your bag if the cop is a dick.i used to be a nervous wreck having a bag in the truck with me but now i could care less ill take the ticket,buy another bag and paY THE TICKET,ITS ONLY A HUNDRED BUX.CHUMP CHANGE FOR ME.sorry about the caps
