My room mate got busted recently at school and now some student council or something wants to question all of us that live with him. I was just wondering if there are any laws that concern taking passive action when you know someone owns marijuana. Because I'm pretty nervous right now
as long as he wasn't cultivating and/or distributing it i think you will be OK. say "yea i knew he smoked but it didn't bother me and i never saw him do it at school." or some bullshit like that.
