Man, you're protective enough to be on her payroll.

I'm making observations that there is a disparity between her chosen looks and her actual age.

So what?

 

Wow! I am a little befuddled by some of the comments on this thread.
First of all....most Hollywood glamor in magazines is air brushed, etc......
Ever see magazines where they show the then and now photos of alot of stars?
The before and after make up air brushed photos photos? They don't even look like the same people most times.
That is Hollywood. It is not real people living ordinary lives....
Why shouldn't Caitlyn opt for surgey to be the most beautiful female she can be at her age....Young stars get plastic surgery, have botox regularly, etc....so what?
That is the world of Hollywood.....of California.....a little different than actors on the stage sweating on Broadway...more make believe....They sell you a dream....
Secondly, why care about some football team or whatever it is in Colorado? Why does anyone care about anything that they do? I couldn't care less about a sports team in Colorado....so what?
Also....this is not an obsessive topic for me, but an interesting one....as there is still alot of hate out there, and I thought this would ease some of that...maybe not, though, as from what i see here by many comments, it still feels pretty sad......

 

Yeah, it is a bit disappointing. But most of the comments have been positive and intelligent, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed

LOL! I am that way.....there could be a bunch of great things said...but what do i see....the one bad thing that is said many times.....probably becasue great comments donot help growth for anyone....but negative comments give way for growth for many people sometimes.

 

On the other hand, It strikes me as sad.

When we hear someone speak about wanting so badly to be their authentic self, unlike other "stars" who have surgery for whatever reason, yet what they choose to show us is that they are still in denial about such a large part of who they are (such as their age), I feel like they missed their objective.

 

So many fake boobs and lips in Hollywood....nose jobs...everyone striving for perfection at any age there. i was there...even those that are not actors and actresses....all competing for the most this or that? It is the Hollywood culture....and plus I just finished watching part I of the Marilyn Monroe movie and it is fresh in my mind how she was molded.....into the glamour, sexy, breathy star she was. What was wrong with Norma jean? She was very pretty....but then we would not have had Marilyn Monroe.

 

Just talking about this stuff is a good thing. Maybe it will help some trans person out there to feel less freakish and alone. I hope the positive comments offer some kind of hope. As someone already stated, too many trans people feel depressed and suicidal. I think it's time for that to stop

Yes, I certainly agree....No one should feel that sad and hopeless....no one....I keep saying...embrace whoever you are....love yourself no matter what and others will too...and maybe Shakespeare did say it best...."To thine own self be true...."

 

Love that song, Pacific...and I loved the myth and what I have seen of Marilyn, too....She was really very intelligent with a comedic flair....although, many thought she was just the bimbo she sounded like in films...not....

 

I am not a fan really of them...the son, Rob, seems to be in hiding, though from major weight gain, and being overshadowed by his sisters, is what i read.....I guess I like kylie the best right now out of all the girls....Bruce's youngest daughter with Chris....but she has made her lips bigger already, too, and she is not even 20 yet, I don't think.

 

She was very smart, just not much formal education. And yeah, many film critics have called her a comedic genius. I must have watched SOME LIKE IT HOT and SEVEN YEAR ITCH a dozen times

First of all, I think Caitlyn is beautiful...but when one speaks of a person being transgender, doesn't that include the ACTUAL sex change? I fail to see how she is really considered a female (yet) as long as she has male genitals. seriously Why would (at this point) Caitlyn be considered more than a beautiful surgically and estrogen enhanced transvestite? I thought the whole thing with transgender was actually changing ALL body parts to the gender they felt they should be. God knows Caitlyn has the money.

I do personally know a man that had this penis cut off (in his 40s) and had estrogen before this, and a bit of a boob job...though he isn't nearly as beautiful as Caitlyn. In fact, unfortunately he looks like a man in drag; but then he doesn't have access to the money Caitlyn has. Beyond a doubt he was transgender, and willing to go the whole route.

Earlier, Caitlyn was sort of compared to Chas, Sonny and Cher's daughter/son...who still has her hoo-haw. If I understand correctly, she (or he as is her preferred term for gender) still has the lesiban lover, and I would just bet the lesbian lover wants a female...regardless of facial hair, lower voice or "male characteristics".

I guess this is just a wondering post about if he/she still has a penis, how can she/he really be considered transgender?

Have you ever seen pics of Candy Darling? She was stunning (still had a penis), and rumor has it that the classic song "Lola" was about her. Being trans (IMO) is more about what you feel like as a person, and not just what's between your legs. Of course, if you have the money you can remedy that, but not everyone has the money (or desire) to take it to the limit
