Ah, yes, dropping limbs. It all becomes clearer now. Especially since the wine wore off.

The snow is starting to some down here...at about a 45-degree angle. I'm working from home today...maybe I'll be working from home tomorrow too.

Never mind. Undoubtedly the fallen limbs are easier to cut into pieces than your thigh and would not scream as loudly as you. These are important considerations.

I just bought the movie Inception, and City Of God.

I wanted a new movie or two.

City Of God is in my top 10 easy.

 

Those are both great movies. I own Inception and have watched it too many times to count. I've thought of buying City of God as well.

 

I love City Of God, because...well its portuguese

Last night I watched The Interrupters - a PBS documentary about an organized group of mostly ex-gang members who are dedicated to stopping violence on the streets of Chicago.

 

I need to do something to help prevent something.

I should sign up to become a highschool tutor/mentor/friend for an hour 3 days at week for some kid in 9th or 10th grade who struggles.

Their is always a class in every school for kids who usually come from poor house holds with little reading/writing skills who are singled out in what some schools call special e.d. even though the kids are not mentally handicapped. They are not put in regular classes because of the reasons i just said.

I think id be good at that, i dont wanna go to college, and i dont care about the money..

I just dont want a poor kid to turn into an alcoholic, or jump off a bridge.

 

Start a motivation class for kids with no confidence.

My portuguese aunt is the highschool counselor here...so it would be pretty easy for me to get into the highscool and do something.
