Buying Salvia in Pennsylvania

I'm interested in trying it but I think it's illegal, I'm not really sure. But what is the best way to buy it? Online? And how should I take it? Leaves, drops, pills, powder? I've never did this before or anything else but I really want to.

Considering it is, in fact, Illegal in Pennsylvania (which sucks) you may have to buy it online. Online sellers are good at shipping discreet packaging, from what I hear. Most people recommend 20x strength for a first time user. As to how you want to take it, well, its up to you.
