I like short bread.

 

I am starting to wonder whether people posting here even know what 'buttermilk' is.

It is simply the slightly tart but buttery-tasting liquid that is left after cream is churned to make butter. It s therefore almost fat free and considered as very healthy.

Gluten are only an issue if one has a gluten intolerance. Then it can do miracles avoiding it.
Thing is certain people who don't have this issue also avoid gluten. This is amusing indeed

 

there is so much that is like that. there was a book written sometime in the 50s or 40s or maybe even earlier, called the nuts among the berries, about how people come up with miracle diets and things that are supposed to be good or bad for everybody, when the only best thing, is as much diversity as possible of everything that isn't bad for the particular individual themselves.
