Locking you in your room is pretty fucked up. but you know what? as long as you live under that bitch's roof, and eat that bitches food, then your that bitch's bitch. that's just how it is and you just gotta deal with it. hell, i know a feller who’s parents left him in a trash can after he was born, and all his life he wished he had parents to feed, and raise, and try to make all his decisions for him because they loved him that much.

Ok I hate to tell you but you are pretty fucked. I know someone who has parents like your's, the only way to avoid being busted is to only speak to friends in person, and use codewords as often as possible.

I'd be most worried about them monitoring your computer becuase they have already shown that they aren't scared to utilize one in spying on you. Make sure to clear your history, cookies, and all that good shit after every use of the computer.

Also, go to start->run->type "msconfig" minus the quotes->click on the services tab->look for any suspicious programs or just disable everything. Know that if you disable everything and your parents look they will know, but also know that disabling and reenabling a single program takes up valuable time.

Basically I would just not use a computer and only speak about it in person.

    sucks to be you...
if my parents did that to me i would fucking feak out. i dont see why they dont actually...i got busted growing and all that came of it was me saying that i wouldnt ever again, and if i was caught doing anything bad i wouldnt be able to go see jethro tull...
i though that i would stop smokin before i went as not to get caught....but the next weekend i almost got busted again...ha.

parents can be a drag but they are just being protective over you.

i know so many people that got busted saying things on myspace...
even the local cops in my town patrol myspace...
    i cant say im supprised...

sorry that happened. most parents know about myspace, there not idiots. just remember no place on the internet is fully yourspace... unless its password protected, then it just belongs to you and hackers.

anyway.... ya live ya learn. erase everything from your myspace, and warn your friends. THINK!!!

exactly... if u're 15 and live with your parents and use their comp (yea its their comp, they probably paid for it so yea), u expose yourself to them reading your comments and stuff u post.. its still breaking your privacy, but if u wanna make things private, dont put it on the internet..

What statement was it? Just curious.

Yeah, you're Mom is a very 1984-esque freak. If my parents went through my privacy, I would freak. And they would probably feel more in the wrong than I would if they busted me on something. Even though my parents are slightly conservative, they're honest people and respect me for who I am, regardless of whether I smoke, drink or wank over porn.

They still love me and respect me. And the feeling is reflected. :)

    I'm a Mommy's boy, but I don't care!

Yeah, don't they trust us to do the right thing??!

    ......

I have very little evidence of my pot smoking on the net...Only on facebook, do I debate heatedly in an anti-marijuana group, full of idiots. So I suppose if my brother looked in there, he'd see me defending it. I don't know if I want him to find out...I know he does it, but I remember two years ago he told me not to do it until senior year, but maybe he'll be fine with it if he does find out...I'm not a real big stoner......yet ;)

Too true. It's too easy to look at your kid's myspace, it's silly to think we wouldn't.

It seems to me that the concept of grounding implies that the groundee not have access to the internet.

In other words, I think they took her computer privilages away rather than sent her to reform school. If she had internet access, I'd expect a "my parents are sending me to hell" post.
