Busted at a Playground

Is there any seriously incriminating evidence on there like texts that specifically ask for marijuana to the same person every week?

There's probably not too much your dad could get out of it and there's definitely nothing the cops could do unless they want to harass a few people.

A bunch of my friends met down by one of the local boat ramps the night of graduation to say goodbye and chill. No one was drinking yet and about 30 poeple had showed up when a cop came down the road saying there were more officers at the entrance if we wanted to run. After it was all said and done it was 9 Sheriffs Deputies, a local cop, a local K9 and an off duty officer for 30 kids that had 2 cases of beer in the back of one car that had not even been opened.

They have nothing better to do.

Edit: I'm not a cop hater. I respect the men and women that put their lives on the line while doing their job. Some cops have egos that they have to satisfy and those are the cops that give you the hardest time when you have done little or no wrong.

 

yeah dude, they really don't. a security gaurd called the cops on us for skating the other day, and THREE cars ended up coming. fucking ridiculous

 

Cops in suburban areas really don't worry about violent criime so they cruise around public places looking for anything sketchy. Last year I saw some of the local cops frequently rolling up on middle school kids skateboarding by stores.

 

It sucks that you can get into trouble for doing something that doesn't even harm anybody.
I got busted once similarly, luckily the cop just took the weed (for himself, i think) and left, but since then I never stay around after smoking in a public place, it also reduces the chances of being robed and stuff like that.

 

the judges verdict will be on your age your sixteen with a "joke" fake ID and one beer and a pipe, your biggest mistake is running. youll probally get community service and maybe probation, its not that big of a deal, you will have a record, but if you get a good lawyer you may be able to get the paraphanila charges dropped

 

Shit! More crap. Tim was found with possession of marijuana, and is going to say it was mine! I'm not sure if it was, but I think so. Even though they found it on him, can they do anything if Tim claims that it was mine?

if its on him its his, unless you say it was yours, if its on him its his, just like in a car you cantake the bud out of your pocket, and drop it on the floor in front of you and if you dont accept ownership of it then its not yours

 

Not comment about your parents, because they just think they're doing what's best for you, even if they're not, but you need to find a new friend if one of them is gonna try and put shit off on you. Even if it was your bud, it was in his pocket and he needs to grow up and not narc on people.

my advice. dont get a public defender. get a lawyer. see if you cant get out of some shit blah blah blah. if not -whatever. It will be as much as 9 months of probation, community service, drug classes, and bullshit like that. its not the end of the world... shit happens. Just DONT get caught again... if you do... you will be fucked... in the full sense of the word. The system is a fucked up place to be caught in as a kid... no one gives a fuck if your just trying to have a good time... they will ruin your life and they will control you for as long as they can.

Now as far as going to court is concerned. Dress up. Wear dress pants, dress shrit and a tie. Yes/no your honor, yes/no sir... those WILL be the only words that should be coming out of your mouth when you go to court. cutting your hair isnt necessary just comb it back and keep it neat. try and get your grades up by the time court comes around and if you can find anywhere to work -try and get a job. If you look like a decent kid who just got caught in the wrong place at the wrong time you might be able to get into some trial diversion thing... which would be fuckin amazing for you. Infact.. its the best thing that could happen. Btw if you have any teachers, respectable adult citizens (pastors, cops, professors, doctors ect) that like you enough to write you any character reference papers... those are always helpful.

btw. tho your parents are being complete fucks. dont disobey them. if there anything like your describing. last thing you want is Incorrigible charges. I took the rebel path when I was caught in a situation such as yours where I told my parents to basically fuck off after they tried controlling every aspect of my life and it just made shit worse. Just nod and smile. it sucks but whatever. dont dig your grave any deeper.

after you turn 18 you can give the biggest fuck you to your parents for making your life a living hell.

 

Must suck getting caught, luckily I haven't been caught...or come close to it yet.

when ever i have court i always comb and straighten my normally long and curly hair and put it in a pony tail. i have noticed that they prob judge u the wilder and less up kept u look. basically put on some nice clothes and shave but keep the hair, fuck getting your hair cut. it aint worth it

Yea theres no reason for cutting your hair, my friend was going to cut his after 2 years of growing them into dreads for court, but decided not to. And guess what, it made no fuckign difference, a judge isn't going to give you harsher punishment because your hair is longer, thats fucking retarded. Also, you have nothing to worry about, I got caught all the time when I was under 18, and it's really nothing. I was freaking out like you were , but you'll be fine. first time getting caught, youll get probation or something, and possibly get piss tested each week. If I were you I would enroll in a firststep or outpatient type of rehab , that piss test, get clean before court, get a good lawyer, and you'll definitely be ok. The worst thing about this is that your parents made you burn bob marley and grateful dead cds, thats just stupid. Bob marley was a man of peace, burning him is like saying they don't agree with what he said, which makes them fucking morons. So I do feel sorry for you about that, but not getting busted. You'll have to quit smoking weed, but so what? Youve got your whole life to smoke weed.
